Monday-Friday (Sometimes weekends if needed) About the Position We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating print projects from initial order through completion, and helping customers find the right solutions for their printing needs. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail, can manage multiple projects at once, and takes ownership of their work. Experience in the printing, promotional products, graphics, or related industries is required. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate quotes and estimates based on customer specifications.
  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate projects with production, estimating, purchasing, shipping, and outside vendors as needed.
  • Review artwork, specifications, quantities, paper stocks, finishing requirements, and deadlines to ensure orders are produced correctly.
  • Track projects from order entry through production and delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding job status, timelines, changes, and potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and work with customers and internal teams to find solutions.
  • Follow up on quotes and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
  • Help identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the sales and operations teams. What We're Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service, account management, sales, or printing-industry experience preferred.
Printing Industry Experience Experience in a commercial printing environment is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in areas such as commercial printing, digital printing, wide-format printing, labels, packaging, promotional products, signage, or print production are encouraged to apply. A strong understanding of substrates, finishing, file requirements, production processes, and print terminology is a plus. What Success Looks Like A successful Inside Account Manager will:
