Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead water damage and fire restoration projects, coordinate mitigation efforts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise will help clients recover quickly from water-related incidents while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers on-call coverage, requiring readiness to respond promptly to emergency calls at any time. Duties Perform structural inspections, moisture mapping, and taking accurate scope & sketch of affected areas Communicate restoration processes, answer customer questions and assist in filing of insurance claims and signing Work Authorization Communicate with insurance adjusters on scope and approvals Communication & Scheduling with customers Perform Quality Control checks on jobs and provide feedback and coaching to technicians Lead out large, complex jobs Lining out jobs, creating dry plans, providing direction, and training technicians Writing and submitting Mitigation estimates using Xactimate Work an on-call schedule This role requires occasional travel. Certain projects may involve extended stays at job sites Requirements Prior experience as a Lead Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence in our clients Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation A customer-first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
