In this role you will Coordinate defined projects or significant workstreams and apply core project management practices with moderate guidance. Establishes reliable plans and controls, facilitates team execution, and provides clear visibility into schedule, cost, risk, decisions, and actions. This role is on-site in our Lake Fores, CA location and a typical day would include: Develop and maintain an integrated project or workstream plan with milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource assumptions. Drive routine execution cadence, action closure, and schedule updates with cross-functional partners. Analyze variances and coordinate recovery actions with guidance from senior PM or project leadership. Facilitate risk and issue reviews and maintain mitigation, contingency, decision, and change records. Maintain forecasts, actuals, accrual inputs, and resource information; identify and explain variances. Prepare concise status and governance materials that clearly identify decisions required and execution impacts. Facilitate focused team meetings and planning sessions. Build credibility through reliable follow-through, transparent communication, and accurate project data. Apply PM standards and contribute lessons learned and process improvements.
