Job Description:

One of our clients, a leading engineering firm focused on Biogas projects across the U.S. and internationally, is looking for a Project Manager Team Lead to oversee and help scale their Project Management organization supporting EPC and design-build projects across the U.S. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on improving project execution, standardizing reporting/governance processes, and leading a growing team of Project Managers within a rapidly expanding renewable energy platform.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business Admin, Engineering 8+ years of Project Management experience within EPC, engineering, industrial infrastructure, renewable energy, RNG, gas processing, or related technical projects 3+ years leading Project Managers, PMO teams, or project delivery organizations. Strong background in PMO governance, executive reporting, project controls, and portfolio management

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers across a growing RNG/biogas project portfolio. Establishing and improving PMO standards, governance processes, reporting structures, and project delivery frameworks. Driving visibility across project scope, schedule, cost, resource planning, and risk management Supporting project execution teams through operational leadership, process improvement, and resource coordination. Facilitating project reviews, portfolio meetings, and executive-level reporting. Helping scale PMO operations within a rapidly growing EPC-focused renewable energy organization. Why You'll Love this
