Full-Time Immediate Opening SERVPRO of Canoga Park/West Hills is looking for an experienced Mitigation Crew Chief / Project Manager to join our team immediately. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of water damage mitigation projects from the initial inspection through completion while also leading and working alongside the mitigation crew in the field. Responsibilities Respond to water damage and emergency service calls Perform initial inspections and moisture assessments Set up and manage drying equipment Perform moisture mapping and daily monitoring Determine appropriate demolition and drying procedures Set up containment and HEPA air filtration as required Lead and supervise mitigation technicians Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers Take proper job photos and maintain complete project documentation Prepare job scopes and communicate project needs with the office Monitor equipment and drying progress until completion Coordinate crews, equipment, and project schedules Handle multiple active mitigation projects Qualifications Minimum 2 years of water damage/restoration experience preferred Previous Crew Chief, Lead Technician, Supervisor, or Project Manager experience preferred

IICRC WRT

certification preferred SERVPRO experience is a major plus Strong knowledge of structural drying and moisture monitoring Ability to lead and manage field technicians Strong customer communication skills Comfortable using mobile apps and digital job documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift equipment and perform physical mitigation work when necessary Available for emergency/on-call work when required Compensation $28-$35+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Opportunities for: Overtime Performance-based compensation Career advancement Additional training and IICRC certifications What We're Looking For We need someone who is dependable, organized, experienced, and capable of taking ownership of a job .
