Project Manager - Multifamily Podium Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily podium construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, budgets, and daily construction activities. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and overall progress. Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates. Resolve field issues and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

5+ years of construction project management experience.

Required:

Multifamily podium construction experience. Strong knowledge of ground-up multifamily construction. Experience managing large-scale projects, subcontractors, and budgets. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
