This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental remediation , contaminated site cleanup, or environmental construction. Experience managing asbestos abatement projects is highly desirable but not required. Responsibilities Manage multiple environmental remediation projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution. Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Conduct project planning meetings and monitor project progress. Review contracts, change orders, invoices, and project documentation. Track labor, equipment, and material costs to maintain project profitability. Coordinate environmental sampling, waste disposal, transportation, and regulatory reporting. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Perform site visits to monitor safety, quality, and production. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental standards. Requirements 5+ years of Environmental Project Management experience. Proven experience managing environmental remediation projects . Strong understanding of contaminated soil, groundwater remediation, excavation, or environmental construction. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites. Preferred Experience with asbestos abatement or hazardous materials remediation. Knowledge of lead abatement, mold remediation, or industrial hygiene projects. OSHA 30 Certification.
HAZWOPER
40-Hour Certification. Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
