$65.67 per hour Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project management tools (Wrike or similar) to ensure project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies are accurate and current. Coordinate recurring leadership and working team meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting notes, and follow-up tracking. Monitor action items and open decisions across workstreams and partner with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Prepare and distribute status updates, reporting materials, and stakeholder communications. Conduct data analysis to synthesize inputs, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Gather project inputs, align requirements, and coordinate across business and technical stakeholders. Support onboarding of new workstreams and team members into portfolio tools and processes. Identify coordination gaps and proactively raise risks to program leadership. Requirements 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, project management, or operations. Strong analytical ability with experience turning data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Advanced proficiency with Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis. Experience working with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience utilizing project management platforms such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, or similar tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting finance transformation, business transformation, or enterprise-wide change initiatives. Background working within finance, technology, consulting, or corporate operations environments. Exposure to PMO, program management, or business operations functions. Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications. Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools.
