Job Overview:
Willow is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead new product development for our consumer maternal care product line. This role requires collaboration and coordination across industrial design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience to bring products to moms that fit the reality of their lives. The Program Manager will bring together technical and business resources, drive requirements gathering and feasibility, and execute programs from concept through retail and DTC launch. What you'll do: Manage complex cross-functional consumer product programs, driving new product development, packaging, and sustaining initiatives from concept to launch. Collaborate with industrial design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain to define product requirements, set priorities, and establish scope, budget, and timelines. Be a force-multiplier for functional leads to resolve issues, by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, and proactively removing obstacles. Partner with marketing and customer insights teams to incorporate voice-of-customer feedback from moms throughout the development process. Coordinate packaging, retail, and DTC launch readiness activities, including go-to-market timelines and cross-functional launch reviews. Develop recommendations, gain alignment, and proactively facilitate decision making across engineering, marketing, and operations stakeholders. Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships in partnership with supply chain to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery. What you'll bring: 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years of project or program management in consumer products or consumer electronics. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience bringing consumer hardware or CPG products through the full lifecycle, from concept to retail/DTC launch and sustaining. Experience partnering with marketing, industrial design, and supply chain teams to launch products on time and on budget. Familiarity with the maternal health, baby, or wellness product category is a plus. Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA & Confluence for project management, analysis, and reporting. An ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization. A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. An agile project management style, approach, and execution. Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g. SmartSheet, JIRA/Atlassian), methodologies, and best practices. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred. Willow is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
