Southern California Salary Range:

$120,000

•160,000 annually Pacific Hydrotech Corporation (PHC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our water and wastewater construction team. PHC is a California general engineering contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, wells, pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, and complex mechanical process systems. Our Project Managers take ownership of their projects from preconstruction through startup and closeout, working closely with field leadership, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and equipment manufacturers to successfully deliver challenging public infrastructure projects. What You'll Do Manage project cost, schedule, procurement, documentation, and overall performance Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, subcontractors, vendors, and major equipment procurement Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope, constructability, and project risks Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to support successful field execution Coordinate with Owners, Construction Managers, Engineers, and other project stakeholders Manage projects through testing, startup, commissioning, and closeout Mentor and develop Project Coordinators and Project Engineers What We're Looking For Experience managing heavy civil, water/wastewater, industrial, mechanical, or similar infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scheduling, and cost management Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to take ownership, identify issues early, and drive them through resolution Experience with municipal/public works construction and Procore is highly desirable A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but relevant construction experience is equally valued.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$120,000

•160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
