In-Office Pay:

Approximately $25/hour

Schedule:

40 hours/week Manage wedding photography and videography bookings and operations. Maintain accurate client and family data using CRM/data-management tools. Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and event timelines . Coordinate photographers, videographers, assistants, and team assignments. Organize wedding events, consultations, pre-wedding shoots, and deadlines. Track client information, payments, contracts, questionnaires, and deliverables. Communicate with couples, families, vendors, and creative teams. Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep teams updated. Use CRM, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and scheduling tools . Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail required.

$96,590.85 - $116,324.47 per year
