Salary range:
$140,000 - $160,00 Depends on Experience- Local Southern California Candidates only
Summary:
The Project Manager will collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex cross-functional enterprise-wide projects focused on business process modernization, operational efficiency, and enterprise application optimization. This role requires an individual who can effectively lead diverse teams, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, manage competing priorities, and drive measurable business outcomes. This position will report to the Business Applications Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery- Lead multiple concurrent enterprise transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and post-deployment stabilization.
- Develop and manage project charters, detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
- Establish project governance structures and facilitate steering committee, executive, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
- Maintain RAID logs, project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Ensure project deliverables meet governance standards and business objectives.
- Drive accountability across business and IT teams to achieve project commitments. MS Dynamics 365 Program Project Management
- Manage projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, integrations, reporting, and related technologies.
- Coordinate business, functional, technical, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and third-party implementation partners.
- Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- Support release planning, cutover activities, user acceptance testing, and organizational readiness efforts. Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
- Provide regular status updates to executive sponsors and leadership teams.
- Present project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT. Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage relationships with consulting partners, systems integrators, and software vendors.
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, and vendor deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and change requests.
- Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and project commitments. Change Management & Adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to develop communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives associated with new business processes and technology deployments.
- Measure project success and ensure realization of business value after implementation.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Required Qualifications- Proven success delivering medium-to-large scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, or similar project management tools. Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience implementing D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Power Platform solutions.
- Experience leading ERP, CRM, or enterprise application modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft Power Platform.
