Project Manager with strong promotion path to SPM and above Large pipeline of projects in LA metro area About Our Client My client is a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Los Angeles Area. They have been around for almost 5 decades and created a very reputable name for themselves. They specialize in TI Commercial, Office, Healthcare, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.   • Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) preferred
  • Project Manager w/5+ years preferred
  • Experience with a General Contractor
  • Conceptual Estimating experience
  • Communication skills and can wear many hats
  • Microsoft Suite Software Proficient What's on Offer $135K
  • 170K in base salary Guaranteed and project based bonus structure
