Commercial Construction Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead a major renovation and building addition project for a public-sector facility in Oroville, California . The project includes interior renovations, a building addition, roofing replacement, security improvements, and sitework . This is a primarily jobsite-based Project Manager position for someone who is hands-on, organized, and confident managing subcontractors, field teams, schedules, budgets, documentation, and project stakeholders. What You'll Do Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, field personnel, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, plans, specifications, and contracts Track project progress, costs, quality, safety, and schedule performance Lead project meetings and communicate project status, milestones, and potential issues Identify construction challenges and develop solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget Coordinate construction activities between field and office teams Maintain accurate project records and documentation Support quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications Monitor subcontractor performance and project deliverables Manage punch list activities and coordinate project closeout Oversee closeout documentation, final inspections, and project turnover What We're Looking For 3+ years of Project Manager experience in commercial construction Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project documentation Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and contracts Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project closeout Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, clients, and public agencies Ability to work primarily from the jobsite in Oroville, CA Preferred Experience The following experience is a plus, but not required: Public works construction Ground-up commercial construction Building additions Renovation/remodel projects Sitework DSA projects Government or public-sector construction Roofing projects Security-related construction Experience working with public agencies Compensation & Benefits $130,000-$160,000 annual salary , depending on experience Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Chiropractic coverage Life insurance Disability insurance Benefits available following a 90-day probationary period 10 paid holidays annually 40 hours of paid sick leave annually 2 weeks of accrued PTO annually 401(k) eligibility after one year Why Apply?
