Mitigation Project Manager Restoration Heroes Inc - 3.3 Placentia, CA Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $150,000 a year 6 hours ago Qualifications Healthcare facility sanitation management experience Commercial building sanitation management experience Industrial facility sanitation management experience Educational facility sanitation management experience Biohazard and remediation project manager experience Full Job Description The Opportunity Restoration Heroes is looking for an experienced, driven Mitigation Project Manager who knows how to take ownership of a project from the moment the contract is signed all the way through completion and collections. This is not a sit-back-and-wait position. We need someone who is proactive, organized, positive, and accountable. Someone who communicates consistently with homeowners, adjusters, and the Restoration Heroes team and keeps jobs moving forward. You will work side-by-side with our Sales Team to help close opportunities. Once the job is sold, you own the project and are responsible for managing it through the finish line. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage multiple mitigation projects from signed contract through completion and collection
- Work alongside the Sales Team during inspections and the sales process to help secure the job
- Take full ownership of the project once sold
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal team members
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely job notes and documentation
- Monitor job progress, schedules, outstanding items, and payment status
- Address issues quickly and find solutions instead of waiting for problems to escalate
- Assist with collections and follow through until the project is Paid in Full
- Communicate consistently through Google Chat and multiple company apps/software platforms
- Work closely with technicians, sales, estimating, scheduling, and accounting
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when representing Restoration Heroes What We're Looking For
- Previous restoration / mitigation project management experience
- Abatement experience a plus
- Experience managing projects from signing through collections
- Strong understanding of working with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Strong documentation and job-note habits
- Comfortable learning and working in multiple apps and technology platforms
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Google Chat
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- A true team-player mentality
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout the service area certifications are highly valued!
