Job Description
Project Coordinator Job Summary Provides administrative, analytical, and operational support for clinical quality initiatives, including HEDIS measure gap closure, medical record processing, data reconciliation, reporting, and team meeting preparation. Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting minutes. Submit and monitor access tickets for shared drives as needed. Support secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) data uploads until an analyst is hired. Collect, rename, and facilitate the submission of medical records. Send care gap reports to identified provider organizations. Support HEDIS measure gap closure through telephonic outreach, medical record requests, and follow-up activities. Prepare meeting presentations using PowerPoint. Assist with data reconciliation using Excel. Complete other tasks as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of two years of HEDIS or Medicare Stars experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau. Strong written and verbal communication skills. No testing or certifications are required. Skill HEDIS and Medicare Stars experience. Data reconciliation and reporting. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau proficiency. Medical record processing and provider communication. Telephonic outreach and follow-up. Summary Qualification Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Demonstrates attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Communicates effectively in writing and verbally. Works well with cross-functional teams and maintains strong interpersonal relationships.
