Job Description

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable sign manufacturing and service company to find their next Project Manager. This position is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with strong administrative and project coordination skills. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing service requests, communicating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Project Manager Compensation:
$16.90 - $20.00 per hour Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2 Company perks!
Project Manager Qualifications:
Previous project coordination, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience working with purchase orders, scheduling, or vendor management preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail General understanding of electrical work, sign industry terminology, OSHA safety training, or knowledge of the local Shasta County area is a plus
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Enter and manage service call orders in the company software Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors and vendors Create and process purchase orders Track and order materials for service projects Close out completed work orders and prepare documentation for accounting Maintain organized project files and records Answer customer phone calls and email inquiries Assist with obtaining permits as needed through local municipalities Manage work orders through customer and vendor project portals Coordinate UPS shipments for returning parts Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time and accurately Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
