Job Description

Job Description Overview Insight Global Consulting is seeking a Deputy Operational Project Manager to support the launch and expansion of a large-scale spatial intelligence data collection operation supporting next-generation AI and robotics systems. This individual will work alongside operational leadership to support distributed field teams collecting 3D scans, imagery, and egocentric data across multiple metropolitan regions. The role will focus heavily on staffing ramps, onboarding, operational readiness, reporting, logistics coordination, and day-to-day support of field operations. Responsibilities
  • Support daily management of field collection teams operating across multiple cities and collection modalities.
  • Assist Team Leads with scheduling, workforce management, attendance tracking, escalations, and operational support.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting related to productivity, quality performance, staffing levels, and collection progress.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, certification, and deployment of newly hired operators.
  • Support equipment logistics, inventory tracking, shipping coordination, and operational readiness activities.
  • Track project risks, action items, operational blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Assist with staffing ramp efforts as teams expand into new metropolitan regions.
  • Support consistency across field operations, quality assurance activities, and annotation programs.
  • Create operational reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner closely with the Operational Project Manager to maintain delivery performance and operational health.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience supporting large operational teams, field operations, workforce programs, logistics operations, or project delivery efforts.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, or operational tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience supporting staffing, logistics, technical operations, or field services teams.
  • Experience working within AI, robotics, autonomy, mapping, annotation, or data operations environments.
  • Experience with onboarding, workforce deployment, or training programs.
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
