12+ months Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, OCM & EHSQ Strategic Communications to drive key organizational capabilities across our Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Experience:
7-10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), change leadership, and executive/internal communications.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Core Skills:
Proven track record executing structured change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) across complex cross-functional programs.
Communication:
Exceptional executive messaging skills with the ability to translate complex technical/operational strategies into engaging content.
Program Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to build culture transformation roadmaps, manage project portfolios, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Lead OCM strategies for the development, implementation, and sustainment of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) to streamline processes and strengthen operational consistency.
Organizational Effectiveness & Capability:
Partner with EHSQ and Operations leadership to align cross-functional teams, strengthen change leadership capabilities, and build a unified, future-ready organization. E3 &
Digital Program Support:
Deliver targeted change management and strategic communications for the E3 Program and key digital initiatives to ensure high user adoption and long-term sustainment.
Executive & Enterprise Communications:
Design, coordinate, and deliver high-profile messaging, town hall materials, and executive briefings for EHSQ leadership to enhance transparency and strategic alignment across the organization.
Culture Strategy & Engagement:
Manage the environmental culture strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio—fostering an enterprise-wide culture of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
