Project Coordinator Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Roseville, CA Job Details $22 - $28 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Customer communication Full Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our wonderful client in Roseville, CA! We are looking for someone with a passion for coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among internal departments, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and have a strong administrative background with project support experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, schedules, and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, contracts, and correspondence. Schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and track action items and follow-up tasks. Assist with proposal preparation, project planning, and administrative support functions. Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders. Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and project expenses as needed. Maintain accurate records and update project management systems and databases. Coordinate vendor relationships, material orders, and project logistics. Identify project risks, delays, or issues and communicate concerns to management. Support multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing competing deadlines. Qualifications 2+ years of project coordination, administrative, or related experience. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High attention to detail and accuracy.
