The (USA) Manager, Project Management leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects by collaborating with stakeholders to align objectives and resources. This role ensures adherence to project management standards, monitors budgets, and communicates progress effectively to sponsors and teams. The manager fosters strong relationships, drives accountability, and supports continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies. By providing guidance and development opportunities to associates, this position promotes a high-performing environment focused on achieving business goals and delivering value through strategic project oversight.About the team:
The Creative Operations Team leads project initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute detailed project plans. This team ensures effective communication, manages schedules, and monitors progress to meet business objectives efficiently. Members focus on building strong relationships, supporting continuous improvement, and adhering to established standards and practices. By aligning resources and managing multiple projects, the team drives successful outcomes that support organizational goals and deliver value to customers and partners. The team promotes accountability, professional growth, and collaboration across functions to achieve consistent results. What you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources. Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates, frequency, and distribution to relevant parties. Manage multiple projects or work streams by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and adhering to standards. Monitor project budgets, milestones, and transitions, identifying and escalating changes as needed. Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team. Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and supporting learning initiatives. What you'll bring: Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams using established project management methodologies. Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and managing expectations. Expertise in identifying project risks, escalating issues appropriately, and implementing solutions to meet objectives. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.
