Job Description What you will be doing: Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial electrical projects, from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and specifications. Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial parameters. Lead and coordinate project teams, including electricians, subcontractors, and other trade professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Review and manage contracts, scope of work, change orders, and other documentation. Ensure compliance with contract terms, codes, and safety regulations. Identify potential risks and challenges early, and take proactive measures to address them. Solve problems efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns. Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry safety standards. Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, budget analysis, and change order tracking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Experience you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical projects. Experience working with electrical systems, commercial construction practices, and project management software is a plus. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification preferred, but not required. Electrical trade certifications or journeyman status are a plus. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing teams. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to visit job sites and work in field conditions as needed. Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
