Key Responsibilities 1. Design And Implement Test Plans For Complex L2/L3 Networking Protocols, Ensuring Comprehensive Coverage Of Features And Modules. 2. Utilize Automation Tools Such As Python And Selenium To Increase Test Efficiency And Drive The Adoption Of Quality Assurance Best Practices Across The Team. 3. Identify, Reproduce, And Document Software Defects In Networking Applications, Following Established Protocols For Defect Management And Resolution. 4. Partner Proactively With Developers To Analyze, Prioritize, And Verify Defect Resolutions, While Participating In Test Reviews To Foster A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Knowledge Sharing. 5. Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends In Testing Technologies, Contribute To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks, And Implement Innovative Testing Approaches To Address Evolving Complexities In Networking Software. Skill Requirements 1. Expert Knowledge Of L2/L3 Networking Protocols And Their Testing Methodologies. 2. Advanced Proficiency In Test Automation Tools And Frameworks, Specifically In The Context Of Networking Solutions. 3. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Solid Understanding Of Defect Management Processes. 4. Strong Mentorship Abilities To Guide Junior Team Members In Enhancing Their Testing Skills And Knowledge. Other Requirements 1.
