Back to search results On-Site role Client is implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business functions, delivered by an external systems integrator (SI). We are seeking a Temporary Project Manager to support the program day-to-day for an estimated 6-month assignment. This role works directly with the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs and is embedded within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Governance & Tracking:

Maintain the master project plan, milestone tracker, and RAID log across all workstreams. Ensure a single source of truth for program status at all times. Enforce entry and exit criteria at each phase gate. Track open actions and drive owners to closure between meetings.

Meeting Cadence & Facilitation:

Organize and facilitate daily standups, weekly core team meetings, biweekly working sessions, and monthly steering committee meetings. Prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and distribute meeting notes within 24 hours. Follow up on commitments and escalate items at risk of slipping.

SI Governance Support:

Monitor SI deliverables against the statement of work, acceptance criteria, and milestone schedule. Track budget burn, change requests, and scope creep; escalate variances promptly. Coordinate between the SI and internal teams (IT, Security, Legal, Procurement) to keep dependencies moving.

Executive Communication & Collateral:

Develop and maintain program status templates, steering committee decks, and executive update materials. Prepare concise, fact-based status reports that reflect actual program health. Support decision framing with clear options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Testing & Cutover Coordination:

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for SIT, UAT, and data migration validation. Track defect resolution and test completion against exit criteria. Support go-live readiness checklist management and cutover planning.

Adoption & Change Management Support:

Track training completion, change champion engagement, and adoption metrics. Coordinate readiness across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business units. Monitor post-go-live adoption and flag sustainment gaps.

Skills:
Preferred Qualifications:

CLM platform experience (Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, or comparable) Background in Procurement, Legal Operations, or Supply Chain technology. Familiarity with ERP integrations, e-signature tools, and supplier master data. PMP certification or equivalent. Change management experience or Prosci certification.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience, including at least one enterprise software implementation. Experience managing or supporting an external systems integrator (SI) Strong RAID log, milestone tracking, and governance discipline. Experience supporting executive communications and developing presentation collateral. Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability without direct authority. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
