The role offers exposure to active construction projects while supporting scheduling, documentation, communication, and compliance efforts. Success in this position will come from strong organization, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day construction activities and tracking progress against established plans.
  • Facilitate communication among field teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to help keep projects aligned and moving forward.
  • Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and follow-up on key tasks to maintain timelines and priorities.
  • Create, organize, and update project records, reports, and other documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.

  • Help monitor adherence to safety standards, building requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines throughout project execution.
  • Participate in job site visits, project meetings, and inspections to gather updates and support coordination efforts.
  • Work with procurement and operations teams to track materials, equipment, and supply needs for ongoing construction activities.
  • Contribute to resolving project concerns by escalating risks, documenting issues, and supporting timely follow-through on action items.
