We are recruiting experienced Commercial Project Managers for opportunities with a well-established commercial general contractor in San Francisco, Austin, and Dallas . This is an excellent opportunity for a PM who enjoys taking full ownership of projects from preconstruction through final closeout and working directly with clients, subcontractors, architects, and field teams. Projects are primarily commercial interiors and tenant improvements , with exposure to corporate workplaces, technology, life science/R&D, advanced technology, industrial/manufacturing, data centers, and professional-services environments. What You'll Do Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead mid- to large-scale projects, typically $2M-$30M+ Own project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, billing and change orders Manage subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, buyout and contracts Develop and maintain project schedules with the Superintendent Oversee RFIs, submittals and MEP coordination Serve as a primary contact for owners, architects, tenants and project partners Lead and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers Maintain strong client relationships and help generate repeat business These responsibilities are based directly on the PM requirements in the position packet. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor Strong commercial interiors and tenant improvement experience Experience managing mid- to large-scale commercial projects Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, change management and subcontractor management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience Experience with Procore, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam and Excel Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills Experience with corporate campuses, Class A office interiors, high-tech, life science or laboratory projects is a plus. Local subcontractor relationships in the Bay Area, Austin, or Dallas/Fort Worth markets are also highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$150,000-$250,000+ , depending on experience and location.
