Construction | Advanced Technology | Life SciencesLead Cutting-Edge Projects That Drive InnovationWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of highly technical construction projects throughout the Bay Area. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience managing complex R D facilities, electronics laboratories, rack labs, life sciences facilities, and advanced technology environments.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects from planning and preconstruction through commissioning and closeoutLead the execution of R D, laboratory, advanced technology, and life sciences projectsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost forecastsCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and field teamsReview construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget performanceManage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project executionCollaborate with Superintendents to ensure seamless field operations and construction sequencingOversee equipment procurement and installation for mission-critical laboratory and technology environmentsLead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders and leadershipEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, regulatory, and project requirementsSupport project commissioning, validation, turnover, and occupancy activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial, advanced technology, laboratory, healthcare, or life sciences constructionProven experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $100M+Strong understanding of technically complex building systems, including HVAC, electrical, controls, and specialty systemsExperience with cost management, scheduling, procurement, and contract administrationProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent leadership, communication, and client management skillsAbility to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsBase ($145,000-$165,000) + BonusAuto, Cell and Gas401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
