This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, and is comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities while anticipating and resolving potential issues. What You'll Do Manage and coordinate customer projects from order entry through delivery, installation, and post-delivery support. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and responding to questions, concerns, and requests. Enter and maintain customer orders, project details, and documentation within the ERP system. Coordinate closely with Production, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal departments to keep projects on track. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and outstanding items and proactively communicate potential delays or concerns. Coordinate product availability, shipments, installations, and related services with carriers, installers, contractors, and service providers. Maintain shipping and installation schedules and calendars. Provide basic product support and troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues when appropriate. Open, monitor, and coordinate service tickets through resolution. Investigate customer concerns and coordinate solutions with appropriate internal departments. Issue and maintain purchase orders for installation contractors and service providers as needed. Maintain accurate project records, customer communications, and supporting documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide general administrative/project support as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of project coordination experience, preferably within manufacturing, durable goods, furniture, construction-related products, or a similar environment. Experience using an ERP system for order entry, project tracking, or order management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and outside vendors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution. Ability to remain professional and organized while managing changing priorities and deadlines.
Pay:
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
