Project Coordinator

Description We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Yorba Linda, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will oversee and manage installation projects, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation activities for assigned projects to exceed customer expectations.
• Serve as a resource for sales representatives by providing accurate pricing and scheduling information for installations.
• Conduct pre-sale job site visits to identify potential challenges and ensure comprehensive project quoting.
• Review incoming orders to identify and manage projects effectively.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, subcontractors, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend project startup meetings, fostering strong communication and relationships with customers, contractors, and other involved parties.
• Maintain an up-to-date electronic installation schedule for the district.
• Oversee district installations, including product delivery, equipment needs, and resolving on-site issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project deadlines.
• Perform cost control activities such as reviewing subcontractor invoices to manage project budgets effectively. Requirements
• Proven experience managing construction or large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate logistics and schedules for multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with delivery scheduling and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Knowledge of Rite-Hite products and other allied products is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
