- Pay is based on level, experience, and certifications Boulder Community Health is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion, bringing structure to ambiguity, clarity to chaos, and momentum to every project.

- Employee Assistance Program offering 8 free, confidential counseling sessions for you and your family Experience Level 1: 0-2 years of project management experience preferably in a health care IT setting Level 2: 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent, preferably in a health care IT setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 4+ concurrent projects ranging from small initiatives to large-scale enterprise programs across clinical operations, construction, and IT implementations Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, communication, and risk management Lead cross-functional project teams and serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from frontline staff to executive leadership Monitor project progress, facilitate regular meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution while managing stakeholder expectations Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and key deliverables Support vendor coordination, contract management, and change control processes Prepare and present project updates, reports, and materials to leadership and stakeholders About Boulder Community Health Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Boulder County community.
