Job Details Top Skills/Qualifications:

Heavy civil, self-perform construction - roadway, site work, underground, erosion control Experience with Water Control, River Restoration, Dewatering Drainageway Restoration/Repair a plus

Schedule Management, Budgeting, RFI's, Submittals, Financial Reporting Additional Skills:

Knowledge of conversion factors and unit weights of all related construction materials commonly utilized in the industry (various aggregates, soils, concrete, asphalt, rip rap, rebar, pipe, etc.) Ability to prepare/price water control, diversion and dewatering plans Computer estimating skills, including Bid2Win Software (comparable to HCSS Heavy Bid), Bluebeam, and AGTEK Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project Ability to effectively apply estimating techniques and cost controls, and to interpret computerized cost data and systems Knowledge of private, City, County, Denver Water, MHFD, SEMSWA, CDOT, State Parks, USFS, Army Corp of Engineer s, Division of Dams and Airport specifications, with a proven track record of bringing in contracts on time and within budget

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil construction, stormwater infrastructure, site development, structural concrete, or drainage infrastructure.
