Healthcare | Higher Education | K-12 | Aerospace/Defense | Senior Living | Municipal | Office | Light Industrial About the Opportunity An award-winning commercial construction management and general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex projects throughout Colorado's Front Range. This organization has earned a reputation for delivering high-profile projects across healthcare, higher education, K-12, aerospace/defense, senior living, municipal, nonprofit, office, and light industrial sectors. With project sizes typically ranging from $15M to $50M+ , the company is known for its collaborative culture, transparent leadership, and commitment to both employee development and client success. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout. Manage subcontractor selection, scope development, negotiation, and buyout activities. Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and jurisdictional approvals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Lead pre-planning efforts, site logistics coordination, manpower planning, and project execution strategies. Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, financial reporting, and profitability. Prepare and manage owner pay applications and project financial documentation. Create and manage project schedules in partnership with field leadership. Negotiate owner change orders and manage contract modifications. Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders. Support business development efforts, proposal pursuits, interviews, and long-term client relationship growth. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities as needed while maintaining strong client service and project outcomes. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of commercial CM/GC project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects in the $15M-$50M+ range.

Cost forecasting Budget management Owner change order preparation and negotiation Owner and subcontractor management Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational ability. Technology Requirements Experience with construction management and scheduling platforms such as ProjectSight, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
