The PM is responsible for day-to-day operational leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring performance meets contract requirements in a 24/7 customer-service environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage 24/7 SOD operations; ensure uninterrupted customer service and dispatch support for DPW work requests. Supervise SOD staff, establish shift coverage, and maintain accountability rosters/staffing plans as required by the Government. Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders (KO/COR/DPW) for operational matters; remain available on-call as required. Oversee quality control activities, coaching, and corrective actions to maintain high customer service standards and accurate work order processing. Ensure staff compliance with installation access requirements, badges/CAC controls, required training (OPSEC, AT, iWATCH, cyber awareness, GFEBS training), and other Government-directed requirements. Oversee proper use of Government systems and processes (e.g., ArMA and GFEBS workflows) and ensure accurate, timely documentation and reporting. Plan and manage transition/phase-in and contingency procedures (e.g., workforce shortages, power/network outages) to maintain continuity of operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business Management or related) OR equivalent combination of education and applicable experience. Experience leading facilities maintenance / public works / work control / service desk operations in a similar environment (including supervising staff). Working knowledge of enterprise work management / ERP processes; ability to oversee accurate order intake, triage, and status tracking across multiple work types and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with Government personnel and multiple service providers. Ability to support an operational tempo requiring on-call availability and rapid problem resolution. Compliance /

CAC eligibility requirements apply; background screening includes, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated NACI or equivalent/higher investigation prior to CAC issuance (per Government access rules). U.S.

English Proficiency:
Yes Computer Systems Experience:
