This position is within the construction industry and is located in Fort Collins. Job Description Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably healthcare. Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide project teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
