Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team! Our Shop and Main Office is in Fort Collins, CO. We manage projects along the Front Range from Fort Collins to Boulder.
Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems (we are seeking both a lead commercial and residential installer) Have strong communication skills & be able to work with homeowners and/or builders Know how to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Be able to understand and work through change orders Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
2 Years minimum experience in the HVAC installation business (preferred) Familiarity with Geothermal system design and functionality Ability to handle physical workload Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently Clean driving record Ability to understand blueprints and HVAC installation design Knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within the HVAC field Experience with load calculation and design software is a bonus Proficient computer & email skills Familiarity with industry tools and equipment '

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
