Job Description
Wickham Tractor Co. is hiring a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to serve as a primary connection between our company and our customers. This role builds long-term relationships, evaluates equipment needs, recommends parts, service, maintenance, attachments, and equipment solutions, and coordinates across dealership departments to help minimize customer downtime and grow customer support business. Wickham Tractor Co. is a fourth-generation, family-owned dealership specializing in agriculture equipment, farm machinery, powersports, and light industrial equipment across five locations in Northeast Colorado. - Staying visible in the field through regular customer visits and proactive follow-up.

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience with agricultural machinery, small-agriculture equipment, commercial landscape equipment, construction equipment, or related products.
- A strong customer-service focus and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, prospect for new business, and follow through on customer commitments.
- Working knowledge of agricultural, landscape, construction, or commercial equipment, including a basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical components, and equipment operation.
- Strong organization, time management, route planning, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to collaborate across departments while also working independently in the field.
- Computer proficiency, including comfort with electronic parts catalogs, dealership management systems, and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to meet company motor vehicle insurability requirements.
- The ability to travel regularly within an assigned territory and maintain an established customer route.
Preferred:
Previous equipment dealership, sales, parts, service, or product-support experience.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of driving, standing, walking, and working on a computer or mobile device.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, grasp with both hands, push, pull, and move around tractors, implements, and other equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Ability to work safely around agricultural and commercial equipment in dealership, shop, customer, farm, and outdoor environments, including varied temperatures and fast-paced conditions.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- During business hours, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays. Duties may occasionally be required outside regular business hours.
- This is an in-person position based at the Fort Collins dealership and includes regular travel throughout an assigned territory.
