Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee active engineering projects and ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track. This individual will step into an established project portfolio, maintain continuity, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide visibility into project status, risks, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Track project status and provide regular updates through Asana. Coordinate activities across Engineering, R D, Production, Procurement, Software, and Quality teams. Identify and escalate project risks, scope changes, and resource constraints. Partner with the Engineering Director on project prioritization and execution. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and external partners as needed. Maintain project documentation and ensure a smooth handoff at the end of the assignment.
Projects May Include:
Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) Design and drawing revisions New product development and R D testing Prototype and machine builds Software and firmware updates Procurement and logistics activities Compliance and certification efforts Customer-specific engineering initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.   • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and familiarity with CAD systems PMP certification Bachelors or higher in Project Management or Engineering
