Job Description Manage federal construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards for all project activities. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as needed. Maintain documentation and records for all project phases. Foster a safe and efficient work environment on all job sites. The Successful Applicant A successful Federal Project Manager - Pueblo should have: Experience managing federal construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance standards. Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with construction project management software.
