The role ensures documentation, timely issue resolution, and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
. Track and update project milestones, deliverables, and status reports in coordination with internal stakeholders. . Monitor production schedules and current status and escalate risks or delays to project managers. . Support issue management by documenting and following up on production-related problems and mitigation plans. . Collect, review, and validate operational data for reporting and decision-making purposes utilizing Power BI dashboard. . Support sales closing or tracking revenue plan by checking monthly invoicing plan.
Skills Required:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Power BI or dashboard tools . Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously . Effective written and verbal communication skills . Decision-making and problem-solving skills through data-driven analysis
Main Competency:
. Communication and collaboration . Data literacy .
Accountability Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree in Business analysis, Data analytics, or a related field . 0-2 years of work experience in project management . Familiarity with manufacturing or heavy steel industry is a plus
