Job Overview We are seeking a hard working Senior Project Manager who excels with a large portfolio of Low-voltage and Datacenter infrastructure projects. This individual will be leading a team of APM's and PM's along with overseeing an important portfolio of $50+ million in construction. Why us?! Responsibilities Oversee the entire project portfolio and Project Management teams, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple complex and high-value projects simultaneously. Provide strategic direction to the company, shaping long-term business goals, market expansion strategies, and revenue growth initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, government agencies, and high-profile clients, representing the company's interests at the highest level. Lead efforts to identify and secure major projects and contracts, collaborating closely with the business development team and other executives. Drive innovation within the organization, exploring and implementing new construction technologies, sustainable practices, and operational efficiencies. Mentor and coach senior leadership, project managers, and other staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and ethical practices across all projects and operations. Collaborate with the executive team to set the company's strategic direction, establish performance metrics, and monitor progress toward organizational goals. Qualifications 5+ years of related experience ( General Commercial Construction OR Low-voltage infrastructure OR Datacenter Infrastructure OR MEP construction ) Proven track record of successfully delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget. Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Excellent client relationship management and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, trends, and best practices.
