Job Description Assistant Project Manager Assist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues to ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Support the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements. Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with custom homes and luxury new construction projects. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
