Join a dynamic project leadership role where you will help guide cost-saving initiatives within a released product management environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across project management, engineering, research and development, quality, and operations to drive meaningful outcomes for patients and customers. Responsibilities Lead operational aspects of active projects and serve as a key point of coordination between project teams and management. Track project progress, review budgets and status updates, and prepare clear reporting for stakeholders. Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, then help develop practical resolutions to keep work moving forward. Support planning and execution across multiple initiatives while managing interdependencies and priorities. Partner with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and support successful delivery of projects. Develop monitoring and intervention approaches that improve project performance, quality, and business outcomes. Skills University degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience. Strong project management and operational leadership skills. Experience working with budgets, schedules, reporting, and performance tracking. Ability to analyze complex problems, gather information, and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels. Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and drive alignment in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills Background supporting released product management, engineering, quality, operations, or related functions. Experience leading cost-saving or efficiency-focused initiatives. Familiarity with managing multiple projects and dependencies in a cross-functional setting. Ability to thrive in complex environments with evolving priorities and objectives.
