Job Description

The client is looking for a senior-level HVAC Engineer/Project Manager with 10+ years of commercial HVAC design and engineering experience . The candidate should have strong project management and leadership experience, including leading or mentoring engineers and technical staff.
Key requirements:
10+ years of HVAC design/engineering experience Strong commercial HVAC design experience Project management experience Leadership/team management experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering Strong knowledge of State Mechanical Codes, IMC and IECC AutoCAD is required Revit is a plus PE license is preferred Client-facing experience is a plus Established client base/book of business is highly preferred Experience with schools, churches, museums, restaurants, retail, offices, or other commercial buildings
Pay:
$102,529.38 - $135,000.00 per year
Experience:
HVAC design/engineering : 10 years (Preferred) commercial HVAC design: 10 years (Preferred)
State Mechanical Codes, IMC and IECC:
10 years (Preferred)
AutoCAD:
10 years (Preferred) restaurants, offices, or other commercial buildings: 10 years (Preferred)
