Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met Apply project management methodologies and best practices to support effective execution Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to support successful outcomes Support initiatives related to outage management, troubleshooting, appointment, and other reliability-focused projects
Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of project management methodologies Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies Experience in the cable or telecommunications industry
Desired Skills:
PMP certification for candidates with equivalent experience Exposure to outage management, troubleshooting, or appointment-related projects Familiarity with proactive customer notification or service reliability initiatives Experience working on executive-visibility projects
