Windsor, CT Schedule:
Onsite for the first 90 days, then hybrid flexibility available
Salary:
$100,000 - $130,000 base

Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, Exempt About the Opportunity We're partnering with a growing technology company in Windsor, CT that develops hardware and software solutions centered around Android and Linux-based terminal products. They are seeking a Product Manager who can serve as the bridge between customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders to drive product development from concept through launch. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll own product requirements, manage product roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, QA, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Gather customer and business requirements and translate them into clear product and engineering specifications. Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. Own and maintain the product roadmap, including planning and prioritization of future releases. Participate in Agile development activities, sprint planning, and project reviews. Partner with QA teams to define testing requirements and validate product performance. Act as the product subject matter expert for Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and other internal teams. Coordinate product launch activities across multiple departments and stakeholders. Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule. Support products through all stages of development, including alpha, beta, pilot, and commercial launch. Escalate critical issues impacting product functionality, timelines, customer value, security, or compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent Product Management experience). 5+ years of Product Management experience with hardware and software products. Experience working with electronic devices, embedded systems, terminals, kiosks, or similar technology products. Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements. Strong understanding of product development processes and system architecture. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven track record of bringing products successfully to market.
