Job Summary:

We are representing a company seeking a Project Manager to support executive reporting, leadership communications, and initiative-focused storytelling within a fast-paced retail lending and payments environment. Our team is looking for someone who can turn complex operational and business data into clear, polished presentations that help leadership make informed decisions and track progress.

Responsibilities:

Develop monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc executive presentations for leadership and senior stakeholders. Translate operational, customer, financial, workforce, and program data into concise, executive-ready narratives. Build compelling visual materials, dashboards, and presentations that explain performance, risks, opportunities, and business value. Partner with product managers and product owners to support initiative updates, benefit realization, and strategic business reviews.

Required:

5 or more years of experience in business analysis, executive communications, strategy, data storytelling, management consulting, product management, or operational reporting. Expert-level PowerPoint skills. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft products and some experience using Jira. Experience supporting executive-level audiences, with strong executive writing, communication, and presentation design skills. Ability to analyze data, identify meaningful trends, and communicate customer impact, operational performance, and business outcomes clearly. Bachelor's degree preferred.
