Job Description

Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to provide status updates, clarify requests, and ensure timely completion of assigned quality actions.

2. Review and support closure of aged SIRS complaints, including data validation, documentation updates, and preparation for approval.

3. Compile, organize, and maintain audit documentation for internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audits to ensure readiness and completeness.

4. Track, update, and follow up on corrective actions and CAPAs, including status updates and effectiveness documentation.

5. Support customer questionnaires and certification requests by gathering required records and coordinating cross-functional inputs.

6. Perform quality system data integrity checks and cleanup to improve accuracy and reporting reliability.

7. Compile and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and trackers, including complaint aging, audit status, and CAPA progress.

8. It is imperative that the ideal candidate have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

9. SAP, Tableau, MS Teams Experience is a
