Position Overview The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of commercial and state-contracted furniture projects. This position is responsible for preparing documentation, coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining accurate project records, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, vendors, project managers, logistics, and customers. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple timelines and documentation requirements simultaneously.
