Project Manager in Training

Established high end pool construction company looking to train our next generation of Project Manager. Looking for an ambitious and ready to learn candidate that is interested in the construction industry and swimming pools specifically. You will get a company truck and learn to supervise our projects out in the field. You will train with an established project manager and learn from start to finish our construction process. The goal is to have you up to speed and managing your own projects in just a few short months. Any construction background a plus. Must be physically able to load tile into trucks and deliver to jobs for the installers. This will be a salaried position with expectation of 50 plus hours. Our current guys even check their job sites on weekends. Looking for someone who isn't going to complain and is willing to work extremely hard for the team. Once you show you can manage projects and clients well there will be plenty of pay upside when you can handle a full project workload. You will be taking photos and collecting draw payments mostly at first. Motivation and general intelligence required, but we can train everything else for the person with the right attitude. Some of our current PMs have big incentives and make a very very good living. This is for someone who is willing to work hard and commit a lot of time for a very valuable career. Swimming pools are not going to go out of style here in Florida anytime soon. The work will be mostly mentally straining not physically, but every once in awhile you will have to load a pump into the truck or some basic materials so being physically fit is important.

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
