Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview Design It Miami is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee client projects, purchase orders, coordinate installations, and ensure the successful execution of all design initiatives. This role is key to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources Supervise on-site installations and ensure quality control Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors Monitor budgets and project progress Ensure all projects align with Design It's standards and client expectations Candidate Profile Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities Experience in project coordination, design, or construction-related fields Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Compensation Annual Salary (Gross): $66,000

USD Estimated Net Annual Salary:

$54,611.30 USD Biweekly Salary (Gross): $2,531.50

$2,094.71 USD Compensation will be processed through ADP, with applicable taxes and withholdings in accordance with local regulations.
